I just wanted to thank you for arranging the fabulous trip to Halifax. The kids loved it and we have heard nothing but positive comments on their experiences.

Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! Schools Out Tours provided Baddeck Academy with a wonderful first time experience to the Atlantic Festival of Music. There was never an issue when changing parts of our trip itinerary and the staff were more than helpful to go the extra step in planning. I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!
