Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.

It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

Schools Out Tours provides our school with quality tour planning each year. What I love most about them is that at the helm are two retired music teachers who know what music teachers are looking for on performance trips. They understand the needs of performance groups and the staff is most pleasant to work with in planning trips. They are flexible and reliable.

Schools Out Tours has organized yet another excellent trip for my junior high school band. This allows me to focus on the important stuff.. the music, while I can trust that SOT has planned the “fun stuff”!! We always have a great trip, learn a lot and come back better musicians.

Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too.
